3 Ways to Access the Internet and Loads of Accessories!

1. Connecting to the phone's hotspot via 2.4GHz and5-GHz-WLAN (most car radios only offer a WLAN hotspot with 2.4 GHz)

When it comes to internet access, most Android car radios only offer one option: WiFi hotspot, and only at 2.4 GHz, a frequency band that is overloaded due to its widespread use (including by electronic devices). Here A6 PF stands out with the 5-GHz-WLANfrom everyone else and ensures an optimal Internet connection at all times!

2. Bluetooth tethering to save energy

Running online maps or streaming music requires relatively low bandwidth, e.g. 200 kb/s is enough. Switch to Bluetooth tethering as it has the advantage of using less power than hotspot.

3. USB Network Tethering (an ATOTO EXCLUSIVE feature)

If you are still unsure about your phone battery, there is a third option. A USB cable gives you almost the same bandwidth as a WiFi hotspot, and it even charges your phone's battery easily. All you have to do is run the CarbitLink app (pre-installed) in the background.

More than 1,000 apps from Google Play stores have been tested for compatibility with A6 PF, especially media/entertainment apps and navigation apps in "Auto & Vehicles". Very few developers like Netflix specify device types for installing their apps. Android car radios are usually excluded. Make your A6 PF look and work the way you like it!

Installing an Android car radio is not the same as installing an Android tablet in your vehicle. The A6 PF has many inputs and outputs customized to work better in the vehicle. (Check the image below for inputs, outputs, and slots.) Some examples of accessories you can connect the A6 PF to:

A6 PF comes with a powerfuldigital signal processorequipped, which raises the audio experience in the vehicle to a whole new level:

• time correction:Due to differences in distance, the time it takes for audio signals from different speakers in the vehicle to reach your ears will vary, affecting your listening experience. By correcting for time differences, the A6 PF's time correction function ensures that you hear sound from each speaker simultaneously.
• Velocity Compensated Volume:As your vehicle's speed increases, so does the amount of ambient noise (road noise, wind, etc.). This feature automatically increases (and decreases as the vehicle slows) the sound coming out of your system to compensate for this phenomenon.
• 36-Band-Equalizer:The number of adjustable bands in the built-in equalizer is an impressive 36. Even the pickiest audiophile will be spoiled for choice with so many options. You can really dive in and tune the sound exactly how you want it. The equalizer can also be switched to graphic mode, where you can make broad frequency adjustments (e.g. kill the bass or the treble) with just one swipe.
• In addition, you can adjust the crossover points between the subwoofer and the speakers, boost the bass (multiple cutoff points selectable), improve the stereo sound and much more! All of these features combine to ensure your ears get the listening pleasure they deserve on the go!

With MirrorLink you can mirror whatever is displayed on your smartphone completely to the A6 PF's screen

• Certain apps (e.g. YouTube) or content are not supported by CarPlay or Android Auto. If you or a passenger in the vehicle still want to see them on the A6 PF screen, MirrorLink is the solution (implemented by the CarbitLink app on the A6 PF).
• Important:Some video streaming services (Netflix, AMZ Prime, Disney+, etc.) may not support MirrorLink.
• Notice:Very few curved screen smartphones show a tiny black area on the 4 edges of the A6 PF's screen. This is caused by differences in firmware and curved screen layout.

HD 720P reversing video display with real-time reversing function (LRV).

• Typically, car stereos can only process and display 480-600 lines CVBS rear-view video signal, while A6 PF displays rear-view video in HD 720P with adjustable parking guidelines (requires ATOTO AC-HD02LR rear-view camera, sold separately). Say goodbye to snowy static images when reversing your vehicle.
• The A6 PF also features the Real-time Reversing (LRV) function. - Now you can access the rear view even when driving forward. Driving becomes much safer and the rear view mirrors actually become relics!
• You can set one of the steering wheel buttons as a shortcut for quick access.

Protection of privacy without sacrificing comfort

• To protect Google/Facebook and other SNS accounts from accidental access, A6 PF provides a screen lock option that allows users to lock the screen when the car (car stereo) is not under their control (valet parking or vehicle owned by others is adopted). An additional option (Unlock via Bluetooth) allows users to unlock the screen once the Bluetooth connection is automatically reestablished.
• You don't have to enter the password manually. All you have to do to lock or unlock your A6 PF's screen is step out of its Bluetooth range and back in.
